Urgent Care Barbados Inc. invites proposals from licensed security providers to deliver comprehensive security services for The W Hospital and Urgent Care Clinic at Welches Plaza, St. Thomas.
Scope of services
- Access control – monitoring entrances and exits, verifying visitor access, issuing visitor passes and securing restricted clinical areas.
- Patrol services – routine patrols of grounds, parking, building perimeter, clinical departments, offices, storage and utility rooms, documented electronically where possible.
- Emergency response – security incidents, fire alarms, medical emergencies (including Heartsaver First Aid), workplace violence, theft, property damage and active threat situations.
Officers shall support clinical staff during emergency events while remaining within their scope of practice.
